Fire Examiners provides independent third-party firestop special inspection for projects that require verification under IBC 1705.17. We are not the installer. Our job is to inspect through-penetration and joint firestop systems to ASTM E2174 and ASTM E2393, document what we find, and deliver reports AHJs, insurers, and building owners can rely on.
